Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth, employee engagement, and retention.
Manage grievances, handle payroll processing, and ensure statutory compliance with labor laws.
Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training & development programs.
Foster strong relationships with employees at all levels through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Ensure seamless execution of HR generalist activities such as policy implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any specialization).
Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
6-8 years of experience in an HR role within the Logistics & Transportation industry.
