Role Purpose To lead and oversee all corporate support functions, including human resources, administration, and finance, ensuring governance, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role acts as the backbone of the organization, enabling smooth day-to-day functioning and long-term talent and financial stability. Key Responsibilities HR Leadership: Own end-to-end HR operations talent acquisition, performance management, payroll, employee relations, and organizational development. Finance Oversight: Monitor accounting systems, vendor payments, statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI), and support budgeting and cost control processes. Admin Management: Ensure infrastructure upkeep, facility management, travel, utilities, asset control, and security services at the plant and office. Policy Governance: Develop and enforce SOPs and policies across HR, finance, and admin in compliance with legal and internal norms. Audit & Compliance: Lead HR audits, internal financial reviews, and support external audits for statutory, safety, or sustainability reporting. Team Coordination: Mentor and manage cross-functional teams under HR, finance, and administrative functions. Strategic Planning: Work with leadership to support CAPEX, OPEX, manpower planning, and organizational structuring as the business scales. Digital Transformation: Support digitization initiatives across HRMS, ERP, and e-document workflows for better productivity. Qualifications Education: B.Com/BBA + MBA/PGDM in HR, Finance, or General Management (Mandatory) Certification in Labour Laws / Corporate Governance / SAP (Preferred) Experience: 1015 years of multi functional corporate services experience in a manufacturing setup Proven track record of managing HR and finance teams, preferably in the tyre, chemical, or recycling industry Key Competencies & Skills Strong grasp of HR laws, payroll systems, and finance controls Excellent people leadership and cross-functional coordination Understanding of factory admin requirements and support services Familiar with ERP systems (SAP/Tally) and HRMS platforms Ethical, process-driven, and confidential approach to information Comfortable handling audits, grievances, and senior leadership reviews Why Join Us?
