HR Leader

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end
HR Operations
at the factory including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, time-office, compliance, discipline, and statutory requirements.
Drive
transition support
by stabilising workflows, addressing change-related issues, and building alignment across teams.
Implement strong
HR analytics
, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making for productivity, manpower optimisation, and performance monitoring.
Strengthen
employee relations
, grievance handling, and ensure a positive & compliant work environment.
Manage
training & development
, capability-building programs, and succession planning at the plant level.
Oversee PMS execution, increment cycle, and competency-based evaluations.
Enhance
HR policies
, SOPs, and factory-level governance frameworks.
Act as a strategic partner to factory leadership for productivity improvement, cultural alignment, and organisational development.

Required Experience & Skills

15+ years of HR experience,
Strong capability in
HR analytics
, manpower planning, and data-driven HR reporting.
Proven experience in
change management
during transitions.
Understanding of
labour laws, statutory compliance, IR practices
, and factory HR processes.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations, resolve conflicts, and drive HR outcomes independently.
