Candidate should be a Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA(HR) with 1 to 3 years experience in Recruitment/TA. Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on requirements. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure timely communication. Conduct preliminary screening calls with potential candidates before scheduling face-to-face meetings.
