Strategy and planning:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Set and track hiring goals (e.g., time to hire, time to fill).

Sourcing and outreach:

Write and post job advertisements on various platforms.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Proactively build relationships with potential candidates for future openings.

Screening and interviewing:

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.

Candidate management:

Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Provide timely communication and constructive feedback to candidates.
Negotiate job offers and compensation packages.

Administration and reporting:

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Handle the administrative tasks and paperwork associated with hiring.
Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and best practices.

Required skills and qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations (depending on the role).
