Job Overview

Contract Staffing

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination until the candidate is successfully onboarded.
Sourcing:
Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to attract high-quality contract talent.
Tech & Non-Tech Hiring:
handle mandates for both IT/Technology roles and Non-IT roles efficiently.
Candidate Management:
Maintain constant communication with candidates to ensure a smooth interview process and reduce drop-outs during the onboarding phase.
Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum
4+ years
of dedicated experience in
Contract Staffing
.
Domain Knowledge:
Must have recruitment experience in one or more of the following sectors:
Pharma, Life Sciences, Engineering, or Banking.
Versatility:
Proven ability to understand and close both Technical (IT) and Non-Technical positions.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
Availability:
Must be flexible and willing to work from the office
3 days a week
