Your Role And Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, scheduling, coordinating interview, managing docs and forms of selected candidates.
- Ensure offer is sent in speculated timeline and own candidates till onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and talent networks.
- Effectively communicating and keeping stakeholders updated.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and ATS records regularly.
- Work on volume hiring, niche hiring, or campus hiring as per business needs.
- Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Support recruitment projects, events, and process improvement initiatives.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-9 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search).
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.
- Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and ATS tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Experience in volume hiring, tech hiring, or diversity hiring.
- Knowledge of market intelligence and competitor mapping.
- Experience with recruitment events (walk-ins, drives, hackathons).
- Proactive and result-focused
- Team player with a strong sense of ownership
