The Head Human Resources will play a pivotal role in shaping the client's people and culture agenda to match its growth ambitions. This leadership role is responsible for driving innovation in talent management, building a culture of creativity and customer centricity, and enabling organizational effectiveness through engaged, high-performing teams.
* Lead innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across salon, clinic, and corporate roles.
* Build a pipeline of skilled professionals through proactive sourcing, brand advocacy, and talent partnerships.
* Drive eadership development initiatives to prepare future-ready leaders aligned with Bodycrafts growth vision.
* Design and execute career progression frameworks and succession planning initiatives.
* Champion a culture of creativity, customer centricity, and entrepreneurial ownership across all levels.
* Conceptualize and execute employee engagement programs that enhance motivation, connection, and performance.
* Create a culture of open communication and trust, promoting honest conversations and transparent feedback loops.
* Regularly assess the effectiveness of internal communication and engagement initiatives through structured feedback and metrics.
* Strengthen the performance management framework to drive accountability and productivity.
* Review and refine compensation and benefits structures to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and retention.
* Partner with business leaders to link performance outcomes with growth, rewards, and recognition.
* Develop and implement Leadership Effectiveness Assessments and Leadership Development Programs.
* Measure and monitor the impact of leadership development initiatives on business and people outcomes.
* Build leadership capability across mid and senior levels to foster a culture of empowerment and ownership.
* Nurture a work environment that prioritizes employee wellbeing and holistic wellness.
* Design and monitor wellness programs, measuring participation and engagement levels.
* Track and analyze employee absenteeism and retention data as indicators of wellbeing and satisfaction.
