The HR Head will oversee all HR functions for the Pune branch, ensuring smooth operations in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in strategic HR planning, and a compassionate approach aligned with the foundations social mission. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end HR operations for the Pune branch. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes. Design and implement HR policies, systems, and performance appraisals. Handle payroll, attendance, leaves, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, etc.). Develop and execute employee engagement and welfare programs. Support training and development initiatives. Maintain strong coordination with Jalgaon and Delhi HR teams. Ensure discipline, ethics, and positive work culture. Submit monthly HR reports to management. Required Skills & Qualifications: MBA / PG in Human Resource Management or equivalent. 7 - 12 years of HR experience (preferably in NGOs, education, or social sector). Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and HRMS systems. Excellent communication, counseling, and leadership skills. Empathy and sensitivity toward diverse and inclusive environments.
