Ensure smooth execution of production plans to meet quantity and quality targets. Supervise and coordinate with production staff, machine operators, and quality personnel. Monitor raw material usage, minimize wastage, and ensure optimum resource utilization. Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per FSSAI and GMP norms. Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed for production equipment. Assist in troubleshooting production-related issues and suggest process improvements.
