811 Job Title: Assistant Production Manager Location: Rampur Company: Damyaa (PJ) Foods Pvt. Ltd. Industry: FMCG / Food Processing Experience Required: 48 years (preferably in pickles, ginger paste, sauces, chutneys, or similar food products) Key Responsibilities: Assist the Production Manager in day-to-day operations of the production line for products such as pickles, ginger paste, sauces, and similar items. Ensure smooth execution of production plans to meet quantity and quality targets. Supervise and coordinate with production staff, machine operators, and quality personnel. Monitor raw material usage, minimize wastage, and ensure optimum resource utilization. Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per FSSAI and GMP norms. Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed for production equipment. Assist in troubleshooting production-related issues and suggest process improvements. Coordinate with the R&D and quality teams to ensure consistency in product quality. Maintain proper documentation and production records (batch records, logbooks, etc.). Support in training the shop floor staff for skill enhancement and SOP compliance. Key Requirements: Graduate/Diploma in Food Technology / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field. Prior experience in food manufacturingespecially in products like pickles, pastes, sauces, chutneys, etc. Familiarity with FSSAI guidelines, food safety standards, and production SOPs. Good leadership, communication, and team-handling skills. Hands-on experience with semi-automatic or automatic food processing machinery will be an advantage.
