Assistant Product Manager

Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of ERP solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in managing the end-to-end development lifecycle of projects, including resourcing, design, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer. - Translate client requirements into comprehensive deliverables and implementation roadmaps. - Collaborate with consultants, developers, and subject matter experts to convert business requirements into feature specifications. - Identify technical constraints, dependencies, and potential risks, addressing them proactively for successful execution. - Help in planning and executing projects within specified timelines, budget, and quality standards. - Define processes for quality assurance and contribute to creating/maintaining product documentation. - Facilitate thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and best practices. - Stay updated on industry trends to propose innovative solutions and process improvements. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Technical Writing. - 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Software Development, or Business Administration, preferably with ERP projects, focusing on Workday. - Understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and integration concepts. - Strong project management skills, ability to manage tasks, timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. - Capability to work in ambiguous environments, create structure, and implement processes effectively. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and devise solutions. - Experience in collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) and Workday implementation would be advantageous.
