Assistant Product Manager

As a Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager in Vascular Access/ Infusion Therapy, Transfusion System, or International Business vertical, you will be responsible for: - Developing new products and launching them effectively in the market - Conducting regular training programs for existing users and the sales team - Updating marketing and training material, and providing product training for the sales team - Keeping the sales team informed about product changes and new developments - Participating in industry-specific trade shows, training programs, and conferences - Reviewing product performance and recommending necessary changes - Conducting pre and post-sales demonstrations and attending clinical & technical compliance meetings - Exploring and developing new markets, conducting competitor analysis, and achieving market share metrics - Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional activities for brand building and market development efforts Qualification Required: - Experience in the Medical disposable/ Equipment/ Pharma industry - Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills - Ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally - Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a team-oriented environment - Strong capability in developing product and marketing strategies If you have experience in sales, therapy, training, research, or product management of similar medical device products, and possess the desired qualifications mentioned above, we encourage you to apply for this challenging role.,
