Role & responsibilities • Have been part of at least 3 end to end Workday Implementations in Financials & Human Capital Management including Accounting & Finance, Audit & Internal Controls, Close Consolidation, Revenue Management, Expense etc. • Understand the roadmap for Workday and become a trusted advisor for clients in driving their Workday adoption. • Have experience in defining a Business Case for Workday Transformation and RoI calculations. • Have worked in the capacity of Functional Consultant in Past and have done lot of advisory work for ERPs for e.g. Product selection, Value realization, Fit Gap Assessment etc. • Work closely with clients to understand their issues, define IT strategies, architecture solutions, win buy-in for your recommendations. • Contribute towards proposals related to Finance / Multi-function Workday engagements. • Contributing to Preferred candidate profile Your experience counts! • Must have 8+ years of relevant work experience, preferably 7+ years in consulting and business development • Functional experience in Digital Finance, Planning, and budgeting processes, KPI Identification and Management and financial reporting • Experience in AI/ML or data science use cases in FP&A processes • Experience in Data & Master data governance • Functional experience in Finance transformation projects across all or any of the phases i.e. Plan, Design, Build, Test and Deploy, preferably involving implementation of Enabling technology, tools, and Software applications • Must have at least 3 full lifecycles implementation experience in implementing either of these EPM/technology (Oracle EPM Suite (E-PBCS, FCCS), Anaplan, SAP SAC/ BPC/GR, OneStream etc.) • Experience in Management and Financial reporting, performance management, disclosure management, XBRL reporting, last mile reporting (Oracle Analytic Cloud (OAC), Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Workiva, etc.) • Should have experience of handling teams of 8-10 resources independently. Leverage expert level knowledge to lead efforts (hands on) to deliver initiatives/ projects/ module enhancements identified in the absence and time tracking module optimization roadmap. Manage half yearly Workday release enhancements (R1 and R2) Resolve Service tickets for all absence and time tracking-related issues, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives ensuring all tickets are properly documented, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner. Serve as a SME for Workday absence and time tracking and provide training to absence partners, managers, and other stakeholders on how to use the absence and time tracking module in Workday effectively. Be responsible for employee/ config data gathering, transformation, mapping, and cleansing, then performing and monitoring mass data loads using tools like EIB, ensuring data accuracy, error handling, and providing post-load validation and support. Implement testing efforts within P&C Systems ensuring smooth user acceptance testing (UAT) and Integrated testing. Stay up to date with Workday updates, releases, and industry best practices to enhance system capabilities. Mentor and guide junior colleagues for their role in configuration and testing. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or related field or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 to 6 years Workday experience with expertise in Workday absence management and time tracking and any other areas such as HCM, compensation, benefits, talent, recruiting and recruitment. Must be Workday Absence Pro OR Time Tracking certified. Certification in other module will be an added advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot Workday technical issues. Excellent verbal and written communication, with escalation and conflict resolution skills. Works under general direction, must be able to work independently.

Workday HCM Consultant: We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Workday implementation, configuration, and support. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Absence Management, Learning, Payroll Interfaces, Time Tracking, Workday help, Talent & Performance, Benefits and Business Process Configuration. Key Responsibilities: Lead and participate in end-to-end Workday HCM implementations and post-go-live support. Configure Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Absence Management, Learning, Payroll Interfaces, Time Tracking, Workday help, Talent & Performance, Benefits and Business Process Configuration. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions. Design and optimize Workday business processes, security roles, and reporting structures. Asses new functionality releases, co-ordinate testing and deploymentwith stakeholders for Workday updates and new features. Train end users and create documentation for Enhanced/ new Workday processes and functionalities. Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable solutions. This role will require the candidate to work in 2:30 to 11:30 PM IST shift or late evening US shift ( 5 PM IST to 2 AM IST ).
