1. Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Professional to lead the entire HR function for our growing FMCG food & beverage organization
The ideal candidate will act as a strategic business partner, building a performance-driven culture, strengthening people systems, and shaping the organizational structure to enable 10X growth in the next 5 years.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Strategic Leadership
Partner with top management to align HR strategy with the company’s growth
Design and implement organization structure, workforce planning, and manpower budgeting for new verticals, factories, and sales territories.
Create HR dashboards, productivity KPIs, and manpower cost optimization plans linked to business targets.
Lead change management initiatives as the company transitions from promoter-led to professionally managed structure.
B. Talent Acquisition & Development
Build and lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for manufacturing, sales, R&D, logistics, and corporate roles.
Develop a leadership pipeline through succession planning and capability-building programs.
Partner with business heads to define KRAs and competency frameworks for each role.
Oversee onboarding, training, and employee induction programs to drive retention and engagement.
C. HR Operations & Compliance
Streamline and digitize HR processes – attendance, payroll, performance appraisals, and leave management.
Implement or integrate SAP/ERP-based HR modules for data accuracy and transparency.
Ensure 100% compliance under Factories Act, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.
Maintain contractor and vendor HR compliance in alignment with audit standards.
D. Performance Management & Culture Building
Establish a Performance Management System (PMS) linking KRAs and KPIs with company goals.
Drive performance-linked pay and incentives for sales, operations, and factory teams.
Foster a high-performance, value-driven culture rooted in accountability, integrity, and teamwork.
Plan and execute employee engagement, reward, and recognition initiatives.
E. Learning & Organizational Development
Introduce structured L&D programs for plant, sales, and leadership teams.
Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Conduct regular skill gap analysis and technical training coordination.

4. Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 10–15 years in HR (preferably in FMCG / Food Manufacturing / Consumer Goods industry).
Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Exposure To:
Factory HR and compliance (labour laws, PF, ESIC, etc.)
Multi-location manpower management (Sales + Plant + Corporate)
HRMS / ERP implementation
Strategic HR Planning and Organizational Design
Skills Required:
Leadership and interpersonal excellence
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Analytical and data-driven HR decision-making
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
5. Growth Path
This is a CXO-track position designed for leadership succession.
Over time, the incumbent will evolve into a Head – People & Culture / CHRO as the company scales to 1000 Cr, managing pan-India HR teams and multiple manufacturing sites.
