Payroll & Admin Executive lucknow 2 - 4 years INR 2.0 - 3.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Key Responsibilities : Payroll Responsibilities : Process and manage monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time. Handle statutory compliance: PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, Professional Tax, etc. Maintain payroll records, employee data, and timekeeping systems. Calculate salaries, bonuses, deductions, leaves, and final settlements (F&F). Prepare salary slips, Form 16, and other payroll-related documents. Reconcile payroll reports with finance/accounts department. Coordinate with HR for attendance and leave data. Manage payroll queries from employees in a timely manner. Admin Responsibilities : Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory. Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, supplies, and services. Oversee housekeeping, courier services, and facility management. Manage administrative records, filing systems, and correspondence. Organize internal meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Ensure office policies and procedures are followed. Support onboarding/offboarding logistics (ID cards, workstation setup, etc.). Key Skills : Payroll systems knowledge (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho Payroll, Keka, etc.) Good understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Discretion and confidentiality. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Commerce, HR, Business Administration, or related field. 24 years of experience in payroll and/or admin roles. Experience with HRMS or payroll software is preferred.
