Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions. Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis. Objectives of the role Work closely with senior HR managers to better understand the hiring needs of the company across various verticals and roles Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, as a talent acquisition specialist, HR head-hunter and HR recruiter Foster and build relationships with potential candidates and effectively use the database to fill in existing roles Coordinate and partner with the talent acquisition team to design and execute recruitment strategies. Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, payroll management, employee development, policy implementation, and aligning HR initiatives with the organizations overall objectives. Key Responsibilities : Coordinate with department managers to identify hiring needs. Post job ads, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule final interviews. Handle pre-employment checks and issue offer letters. Conduct new hire orientation and ensure smooth on boarding. Maintain employee attendance and leave records. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and ensure accurate salary processing. Handle reimbursements, deductions, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.). Resolve payroll-related queries from employees. Address employee grievances professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary. Promote a positive work culture and support team morale. Maintain and update employee records in HRMS. Ensure all HR policies are followed and communicate updates to employees. Assist in internal audits and compliance with labor laws. Prepare reports on HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, training hours, etc.). Suppport administrative work. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role. Familiarity with HRMS, payroll systems, and labor law compliance. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
