* KPO/BPO Back Office Support Industry related only. * Experienced in working with US/UK clients (International Clients) preferred. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for handling multiple processes. Multitasking is a must. Handle client escalations promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. Oversee daily back office operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of tasks. Manage staff schedules, workload distribution, and task prioritization. Lead, train, and supervise the back office operations team. Develop and implement quality control measures and conduct regular audits. Ensure high standards of accuracy and quality in processes. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into training initiatives. Improve System monitoring and alerts for identifying anomalies and System failures affecting our key Services. Work with internal teams to develop creative and best-in-class compliance business processes that can scale up. Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing for priorities simultaneously. Perform quality controls and monitor production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent, high-quality output. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven 3-4 years experience in back office operations management, preferably within the KPO/BPO industry. Strong knowledge of back office processes, quality control, and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in operations management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Should have hands-on experience in Advance Excel and Power Point Presentation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions. Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis. Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate budget tracking and reporting. Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support the annual audit process. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures. Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and implement necessary adjustments. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Objectives of the role Work closely with senior HR managers to better understand the hiring needs of the company across various verticals and roles Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, as a talent acquisition specialist, HR head-hunter and HR recruiter Foster and build relationships with potential candidates and effectively use the database to fill in existing roles Coordinate and partner with the talent acquisition team to design and execute recruitment strategies. Responsibilities Design and implement job descriptions as per the guidance of HR managers Write and post job descriptions, and frequently engage with prospective candidates on various hiring and social media portals Screen incoming resumes from potential candidates and maintain the application forms and database through the entire span of the hiring process Identify future hiring needs and collaborate with senior HR managers to work toward the same Required skills and qualifications Previous work experience as an HR recruiter or a similar role in HR talent acquisition Outstanding oral, written and interpersonal communications skills Knowledge of productivity software, database management and internet search methods Experience working with computer systems for HR and navigating job boards Preferred skills and qualifications Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in human resource management, human resource hiring or related field Experience in HR recruiter hiring and developing recruitment strategies Knowledge of content management systems The drive to grow professionally through networking and training opportunities
