Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused US Tele caller to join our support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist US-based customers, resolve their issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make and receive customer calls to provide product/service information.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, billing questions, and service requests.
Follow up on customer interactions and ensure resolution within defined timeframes.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM tools.
Meet performance targets such as call quality, call volume, and resolution rate.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

Experience:
2 to 4 years in customer support, tele calling, or a similar role.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
Language:
Excellent spoken and written English (US accent preferred).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Active listening and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems
Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience supporting US customers or working in a BPO/call center environment
