Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a US Telecaller. The position is based in Nagpur. The Telecaller will be responsible for making and receiving calls to and from clients, addressing their needs and queries, maintaining detailed records of client interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves coordination with other departments to resolve client issues and providing timely feedback to enhance services. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer service proficiency Experience in telecalling or a similar role Basic computer skills, including MS Office Ability to maintain accurate records and data Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in the property preservation industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is an advantage
