Job Description

Job Summary:

Part-Time Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Support audits by preparing required documentation.
Monitor cash flow and report discrepancies or variances to management.
Provide financial data and analysis for decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
More than 2 years of proven accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of
Tally / QuickBooks / Zoho Books
or similar accounting software.
Good understanding of taxation, GST, and TDS compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial reporting tools.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle part-time responsibilities effectively
