Job responsibilities as follows:

• Payment and Filing of TDS returns (monthly)
• Entry of Purchase invoices
• Maintenance of Petty Cash
• Creation of Sales estimates and invoices
• Follow up on payments and receivables
• Entry of Business Expenses and Petty Cash
• Maintenance of Customer, Supplier ledger
• Knowledge of Taxation, finalisation of Books of Accounts
• Record daily expenses and enter bills in Tally with proper verification of all details.
• Maintain compliance-related documentation and support statutory requirements.
• Prepare reports, payment summaries, and MIS data as required.
• Support GST filing, reconciliations, and coordination with external consultants (if required).
• Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, and financial documents
• Bank Reconcilliation

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting and compliance.
• Proficient in Tally for accounting entries and record-keeping.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, especially for payment reconciliation.
• Experience in handling petty cash, TDS, and day-to-day financial operations.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and understanding of compliance basics.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Real Estate Firm companies (preferred, not mandatory).
• Familiarity with GST filings, returns, and basic financial compliance.
• Ability to manage day-to-day accounting independently.
• Proactive approach to work and good team coordination.
