Job responsibilities as follows: Payment and Filing of TDS returns (monthly) Entry of Purchase invoices Maintenance of Petty Cash Creation of Sales estimates and invoices Follow up on payments and receivables Entry of Business Expenses and Petty Cash Maintenance of Customer, Supplier ledger Knowledge of Taxation, finalisation of Books of Accounts Record daily expenses and enter bills in Tally with proper verification of all details. Maintain compliance-related documentation and support statutory requirements. Prepare reports, payment summaries, and MIS data as required. Support GST filing, reconciliations, and coordination with external consultants (if required). Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, and financial documents Bank Reconcilliation Requirements: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting and compliance. Proficient in Tally for accounting entries and record-keeping. Strong working knowledge of Excel, especially for payment reconciliation. Experience in handling petty cash, TDS, and day-to-day financial operations. Attention to detail, accuracy, and understanding of compliance basics. Comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment. Preferred Skills: Experience working with Real Estate Firm companies (preferred, not mandatory). Familiarity with GST filings, returns, and basic financial compliance. Ability to manage day-to-day accounting independently. Proactive approach to work and good team coordination.
