Head – Hospitality & Clubs

Job Summary:

The role will lead and shape the entire hospitality ecosystem across BPTP’s luxury residential communities including city clubs, group housing amenities and upcoming branded hotel developments. The position demands a high-impact leader who brings a blend of luxury service design, P&L management and resident-first operational excellence. The candidate will be responsible for delivering 5-star service experiences while driving revenue growth, resident engagement and ecosystem development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Ecosystem Design

• Define and execute the hospitality roadmap across clubhouses, wellness zones, cafés and premium amenities.
• Align club and hospitality offerings with BPTP’s brand ethos and luxury positioning.
• Establish SOPs, KPIs and guest experience benchmarks suited for high-end residential setups.

2. Multi-Club & Amenity Operations

• Oversee daily operations across all City Clubs and Group Housing Clubs.
• Manage F&B outlets, lounges, banquet spaces.
• Oversee spas, salons, gyms, pools and sports arenas.
• Operate coworking lounges, theatres and kids zones.
• Implement tech-driven solutions such as digital concierge, booking systems and loyalty platforms.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, aesthetic upkeep and high resident satisfaction.

3. Hospitality Leadership & Training

• Build and lead teams including Club GMs, F&B Heads, Concierge Managers and Wellness Coaches.
• Design training programs for facility staff to cultivate hospitality-focused service delivery.
• Promote a culture of grooming, empathy and proactive service.

4. Partnerships & Vendor Ecosystem

• Identify and manage best-in-class service partners across catering, housekeeping, wellness and events.
• Collaborate with celebrity chefs, lifestyle influencers and wellness experts.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, cost efficiency and brand quality standards.

5. Resident Engagement & Lifestyle Programming

• Curate premium experiences such as musical evenings, wellness camps, masterclasses and kids carnivals.
• Drive membership programs with loyalty perks and tiered upgrades.
• Use resident feedback to continuously improve offerings and build community pride.

6. Financial Oversight & Profitability

• Manage the overall P&L, budgeting and revenue planning for hospitality and club functions.
• Optimise costs while introducing new revenue channels through banquets, cafés and events.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvements.

7. Compliance, Design Review & Sustainability

• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, fire safety, licensing and RERA standards.
• Review and guide design of new clubhouses and hotel projects from a hospitality lens.
• Lead sustainability initiatives such as waste segregation, water reuse and ESG-aligned events.

8. Hotel Development Oversight

• Support tie-ups with luxury hotel brands such as Oberoi, Marriott or IHG.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams for seamless integration of hotel and club spaces.
• Help build differentiated experiences for upcoming integrated or mixed-use townships.

9. Team Management

• Adherence to performance management and appraisal process and timelines for teams reporting into the role.
• Adherence to defined training calendar.
• Control and Reduce Attrition in the team.
• Undertake / review process improvement and digitization initiatives.

Qualification

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality or Business Administration from a reputed institution.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Experience in premium hotel chains, high-end club operations or lifestyle-led residential communities.
• Strong expertise in large-scale hospitality operations, financial management and guest experience innovation.
• Familiarity with hospitality technology platforms including ERP, CRM and POS systems.
