Role Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Fresher SaaS Sales Executive who is eager to start their career in technology sales. You will learn how to identify leads, interact with clients, present product demos, and support the sales team in closing deals. This role offers excellent training and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Research industry trends and target customer segments.

2. Product Demonstration & Pitching

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs.
  • Deliver compelling product demos tailored to business use cases.
  • Explain product value, ROI, and use-case mapping effectively.

3. Sales Cycle Management

  • Handle end-to-end sales process: prospecting → demo → negotiation → closure.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing quotes, and commercial agreements.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track all communication and pipeline stages.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with customers and decision-makers.
  • Provide feedback to the product team for improvements based on customer insights.
  • Support smooth onboarding handover to customer success.

5. Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing and success teams for alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales (inside sales preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zendesk).
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them simply.
  • Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-driven, competitive nature with a growth mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling HRTech, fintech, or workflow automation tools.
  • Prior exposure to startup or fast-paced tech companies.
  • Understanding of lead scoring, outbound strategies, and SDR workflows.
