Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving the adoption of EdTech solutions in colleges by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your role will involve promoting solutions, conducting demos, and proposing tailored solutions to meet institutional needs. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and reach out to colleges and universities to promote EdTech solutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with college administrators, department heads, and faculty. - Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions for college stakeholders. - Understand institutional needs and propose tailored solutions. - Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets. - Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize lead generation and client onboarding. - Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and follow-ups in the CRM system. - Gather feedback from clients to support product improvements. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field. - Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably selling EdTech solutions to colleges or educational institutions. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently. - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus.,
