Job Description

As an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Vibcare Pharma Pvt. Ltd. & Vibcare Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., your role will be crucial in supporting the Managing Director in both professional and personal responsibilities within a dynamic business environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, and daily schedule. - Follow up on tasks with different teams and ensure deadlines are met. - Draft and review letters, presentations, and reports. - Coordinate travel, events, and important client interactions. - Keep track of priorities and act as the first point of contact for many matters. - Handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate/Post-Graduate with 3-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role. - Strong written and spoken English with good communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM/ERP tools is an advantage. - Proactive, reliable, and able to multitask. - Ability to work closely with senior management and maintain discretion at all times.
