Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role located in Panchkula. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales targets, identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include creating sales plans, conducting client meetings, and generating reports on performance metrics. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales activities with organizational goals and staying updated on market trends to optimize strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, strong negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and exceed targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or prior experience in a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
