Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Vibcare Pharma Pvt. Ltd. & Vibcare Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the MD in various professional and personal tasks in a dynamic business setting. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, and daily schedule effectively. - Coordinate with different teams to follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion of deadlines. - Draft, review, and prepare letters, presentations, and reports as required. - Organize travel arrangements, events, and handle important client interactions efficiently. - Maintain a prioritized list of tasks and act as the primary point of contact for various matters. - Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Post-Graduate with a minimum of 3-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Coordinator, or in a similar role. - Proficient in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills. - Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM/ERP tools is advantageous. - Proactive, reliable, and adept at multitasking effectively. - Ability to work closely with senior management while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
