This role demands strong coordination skills, exceptional communication, and a solution-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination • Coordinate ongoing projects, align teams, and ensure timely deliverables. • Track project milestones, maintain dashboards, and generate weekly/monthly reports. • Communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors for smooth project execution. • Ensure documentation, presentations, and project files are always updated and organized. • Follow up rigorously on deadlines, pending tasks, and action items. Executive Assistance • Manage calendars, travel schedules, and appointments for senior management. • Draft professional emails, MOMs, reports, and business communication. • Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism. • Support in preparing business reviews, decks, and strategic presentations.
