Job Opening: Executive Assistant to Managing DirectorLocation: Panchkula / ChandigarhWe are looking for an Executive Assistant to work directly with our Managing Director at Vibcare Pharma Pvt. Ltd. & Vibcare Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. This is a key role for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling both professional and personal responsibilities in a fast-moving business environment.What you’ll do:• Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedule.• Follow up on tasks with different teams and ensure deadlines are met.• Draft and review letters, presentations, and reports.• Coordinate travel, events, and important client interactions.• Keep track of priorities and act as the first point of contact for many matters.• Handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.What we’re looking for:• Graduate/Post-Graduate, with 3–6 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role.• Strong written and spoken English, good communication skills.• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM/ERP tools is an advantage.• Someone who is proactive, reliable, and able to multitask.• A professional who can work closely with senior management and maintain discretion at all times.What you’ll get:• Direct exposure to strategy and decision-making at the leadership level.• Opportunity to work across different functions – operations, sales, HR, marketing, finance.• A role where you’ll learn and grow as the company continues to expand.• Competitive salary with performance-based growth.
