Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Platform Executive
to support category planning and execution. The role involves managing product assortment, vendor coordination, pricing, promotions, and day-to-day operations to drive category growth and profitability.Key Responsibilities
🔹 Category Management
Assist in developing and executing category plans to achieve sales and margin targets.Monitor category performance, identify trends, and recommend actions for improvement.Manage product listing, pricing, promotions, and inventory levels for assigned category.🔹 Vendor & Supplier Coordination
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.Support vendor onboarding, negotiations, and ensure timely product availability.Track supplier performance and resolve operational issues.🔹 Analytics & Reporting
Track sales, revenue, and margins at category level.Generate regular reports on category performance and provide insights for decision-making.Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.🔹 Operational Excellence
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, finance, marketing) for smooth execution.Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational SOPs.Support promotional campaigns and category-specific marketing initiatives.Qualifications & Skills
✅ Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).✅ Experience
1–3 years of experience in category management, merchandising, buying, or business operations
(preferably in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce).✅ Skills
Strong analytical and numerical skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools.Good negotiation and vendor management abilities.Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset.What We Offer
