Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing outbound visa applications and consular coordination for employees of multinational corporations. Your role will involve handling documentation, ensuring compliance with immigration requirements, and liaising with embassies and consulates. Ideal candidates should have experience in visa processing, a deep understanding of global travel norms, and be proficient in providing a seamless consular service experience. Key Responsibilities: - Support corporate clients with outbound immigration compliance and consular services - Possess a strong understanding of employment visa procedures, regulations, and requirements for major outbound destinations from India - Handle document legalization processes, including notary services, attestation, and apostilles - Liaise with consulates/embassies to obtain visa-related updates and process clarifications - Brief applicants on consular and visa application processes - Maintain accurate documentation for visa processes and country-specific travel requirements - Prepare and maintain periodic reports on immigration activities and trends - Verify and review all visa application documents for completeness and compliance Qualification Required: - Any Graduate - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Immigration, Travel, or Hospitality industry Additional Details: This is an office-based role located in Cybercity, Magarpatta, Pune with occasional local travel within Pune. You must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
