Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Communications Executive to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will provide essential support in bridging our on-the-ground

learnings with strategic policy development and transformation, enhancing our external influence, strengthening brand reputation, and optimizing our overall communication strategies. The Associate will work closely with the Director/Manager to execute key initiatives,

ensuring consistent messaging and impactful engagement across various internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The Communications Executive will be instrumental in the day-to-day execution and support of

strategic initiatives, including but not limited to:

1. Research & Analysis:

• Conduct policy research, stakeholder mapping, and environmental scanning to identify

relevant issues and opportunities.

• Support the collection and analysis of data to measure campaign and policy impact,

informing evidence-based decision-making.

• Monitor relevant news, policy developments, and public sentiment.

2. Content Development:

• Draft a variety of communication materials, including policy briefs, presentations,

reports, and internal communications.

• Assist in conceptualizing and researching audio-visual content (e.g., videos,

documentaries) for CSR initiatives.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination:

• Assist in the organization and logistics of external meetings, webinars, and engagement

events with partners and stakeholders.

• Prepare briefing documents for external meetings and draft follow-up communications.
• Facilitate introductions and schedule meetings with expert organizations for structural

improvement consultations.

• Coordinate and track progress for strategic partnerships (OKRs).
• Facilitate communication and scheduling with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR divisions)

to ensure alignment.

4. Policy Alignment & Advocacy Support:

• Support the scoping and integration of communication strategies between internal and

external audiences.

• Document discussions, track progress, and prepare updates related to policy

development and alignment.

5. Internal Communications & Engagement:

• Assist in exploring innovative approaches to internal communication, particularly for

non-digital native audiences.

• Coordinate outreach and summarize insights from relevant events focused on mass

communication.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in a communications, public affairs, project coordination, or administrative support role, preferably within a corporate or non-profit environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to draft clear, concise, and impactful content.
• Excellent organizational and logistical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with communication tools.
• Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Familiarity with data collection and basic analytical concepts is a plus.
