Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive at Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd., based in Rajkot. The Executive will oversee daily business operations, manage client relationships, and coordinate with teams to ensure organizational goals are achieved. Responsibilities include analyzing business performance, developing strategies, and implementing initiatives to drive growth and efficiency. The role involves active collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Business Management, Business Strategy, and Business Development
Strong skills in Communication, Leadership, and Team Coordination
Analytical thinking, Problem-solving abilities, and Decision-making skills
Experience with Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation
Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies to streamline business operations
Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
