​HR Specialist, Performance Management
​About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented HR Specialist to enhance our Performance Management framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and administering performance systems, specifically within a manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in ensuring our performance management processes are effective, fair, and aligned with company objectives.​What You'll Do
  • ​Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the performance management cycle.
  • ​Role Clarity: Partner with department heads to create, review, and update job descriptions, ensuring they accurately reflect employee responsibilities.
  • ​Goal Alignment: Guide and support managers in setting and refining effective Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for their teams.
  • ​System Analysis: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our performance review tools and processes, identifying and implementing improvements.
  • ​Cycle Management: Drive the end-to-end execution of the performance management cycle, from goal setting to final reviews, ensuring timely completion.
  • ​Data & Analytics: Develop and present insightful analytics and dashboards on performance trends, ratings distribution, and goal attainment for the leadership team.
  • ​Employee Support: Act as the primary resource for all employee and manager inquiries regarding the performance management process, providing clear guidance and resolving concerns.
​What You'll Bring
  • ​Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • MBA in HR.
  • ​5-8 years of direct experience in an HRBP role with a focus on performance management.
  • ​Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
  • ​Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • ​Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed recommendations.
  • ​Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
