Job Description

HR Specialist, Performance Management
About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented HR Specialist to enhance our Performance Management framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and administering performance systems, specifically within a manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in ensuring our performance management processes are effective, fair, and aligned with company objectives.What You'll Do

Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the performance management cycle.
Role Clarity: Partner with department heads to create, review, and update job descriptions, ensuring they accurately reflect employee responsibilities.
Goal Alignment: Guide and support managers in setting and refining effective Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for their teams.
System Analysis: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our performance review tools and processes, identifying and implementing improvements.
Cycle Management: Drive the end-to-end execution of the performance management cycle, from goal setting to final reviews, ensuring timely completion.
Data & Analytics: Develop and present insightful analytics and dashboards on performance trends, ratings distribution, and goal attainment for the leadership team.
Employee Support: Act as the primary resource for all employee and manager inquiries regarding the performance management process, providing clear guidance and resolving concerns.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
MBA in HR.
5-8 years of direct experience in an HRBP role with a focus on performance management.
Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed recommendations.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
