Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Non-Tech Recruiter with experience in bulk hiring for sales roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment process for sales positions, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top sales professionals. Handle bulk hiring needs efficiently, ensuring timely closures of multiple positions. Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Utilize job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels to identify potential candidates. Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates’ communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage candidate engagement and ensure a positive candidate experience. Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring metrics. . Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in bulk hiring for sales role. Strong understanding of sales profiles and the skills required for success in sales positions. Expertise in sourcing techniques, including job portals, networking, referrals, and social media recruitment. Ability to manage high volumes of open positions within tight timeline. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
