Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and providing relevant information to convert leads into bookings. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our holiday packages, offerings, and membership benefits to effectively present them to potential customers. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through successful calls and conversions. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from prospective clients to improve services, marketing strategies, and products. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth handover of leads and improve sales processes. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest holiday offerings, promotions, and industry trends to better serve customer needs.Key Requirements:Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred, but not required. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and persuade customers effectively. Goal-Oriented: Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other communication tools. Customer-Centric: Strong focus on customer needs with the ability to offer solutions and generate interest in products. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
