About the Role:

Non-Tech Recruoter


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-tech roles across Sales (e.g., Account Executives, BDRs, Sales Ops) and Finance (e.g., FP&A, Controllers, Analysts).
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, build sourcing strategies, and ensure smooth interview processes.
  • Use creative and strategic sourcing methods to attract passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and recruiting events.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
  • Track metrics and KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline strength, candidate satisfaction) to improve recruitment processes.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to hiring practices.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates for recurring roles.
  • Collaborate with HR and People teams to support onboarding and workforce planning initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

    in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience

    , preferably with a focus on Sales and/or Finance roles.
  • Strong understanding of non-technical role requirements and team structures in corporate settings.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates and closing offers.
  • Experience using any Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.


Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience recruiting for B2B SaaS or fast-growth startups or Staffing Agency.
  • Knowledge of compensation structures and offer negotiation best practices.
  • Familiarity with DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) hiring strategies.
