About the Role: Direcror of Talent Acquistion & Delivery Role Overview As the Director of Talent Acquisition & Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in defining, executing, and scaling Recrivio’s recruitment strategies and delivery operations. You will lead a high-performing team, own client delivery, and be responsible for ensuring seamless fulfillment of client mandates while maintaining the highest standards of candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement robust talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals. Build scalable processes for volume and niche hiring across multiple industries. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale a team of recruiters, delivery managers, and sourcing specialists. Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Client Engagement & Delivery: Serve as a strategic partner for clients, understanding their talent needs and providing consultative solutions. Oversee end-to-end delivery of recruitment projects, ensuring timely and quality fulfillment. Monitor key metrics (TAT, offer-to-joining ratio, client satisfaction, etc.) and drive process improvements. Process Excellence & Automation: Implement best practices in sourcing, assessment, and onboarding. Leverage technology, ATS, and data-driven insights to optimize workflows and delivery outcomes. Employer Branding & Market Intelligence: Drive initiatives to position Recrivio as an employer and partner of choice. Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with founders, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment of hiring and business objectives. Act as a key escalation point for client and candidate issues. Key Requirements 15-30 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or delivery head role. Proven experience in scaling and managing high-performing talent acquisition and delivery teams. Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, client management, and delivery operations. Strong business acumen and ability to translate hiring needs into actionable plans. Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in leveraging ATS and recruitment analytics.
