Role: Senior Enterprise Sales Representative (ESR) – Technology & Staffing Location: Noida/Chandigarh– US Market Focus Shift: 7PM to 4 AM About Compunnel Compunnel is a global technology and talent solutions partner, enabling enterprises across Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, Digital Engineering, and Emerging Tech . We deliver strategic staffing + technology solutions , backed by a strong delivery engine and seasoned recruiting teams. Role Summary We are seeking a senior, market-seasoned ESR with deep experience in US IT staffing or enterprise tech solution sales . The ideal candidate can open doors, engage C-level clients, own large accounts, and consistently drive revenue . Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales & Account Ownership Own end-to-end sales lifecycle for enterprise and mid-market US accounts. Acquire net-new accounts and expand existing client relationships. Build and execute account growth strategies , focusing on long-term partnerships. Engage with CTOs, CIOs, VP Engineering, and Procurement teams . Technology-Led Solution Selling Lead consultative discussions across: Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) Data Engineering & Analytics Cybersecurity Application & Digital Engineering Translate client technical needs into actionable hiring and delivery strategies . Position Compunnel as a strategic partner , not just a staffing vendor. Revenue & Execution Own revenue targets and pipeline forecasting . Collaborate with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure speed, quality, and closure . Influence pricing, rate cards, and deal structures . Track market trends, budgets, and competitive intelligence. Required Experience & Profile Must-Have 15+ years in Staffing Sales, Technology Services Sales, or Enterprise Tech Sales. Proven record of closing and growing large accounts . Strong understanding of technology stacks and roles across multiple domains. Experience working with delivery/recruiting teams at scale . Independent, self-driven, and capable of strategic account planning. Strong Plus Existing client relationships / active accounts . Experience selling both staffing and project-based solutions . Exposure to MSP / VMS environments . Education: Bachelors Degree
