The Role We’re looking for an Enterprise Sales Representative to drive new business and close high-value deals in international markets (North America & EMEA) as well as domestic. You’ll own the full sales cycle, build relationships with C-Suite executives, and expand Germin8’s global footprint. What You’ll Do Own the full sales cycle: prospect → qualify → discovery → demo → proposal → negotiate → close → handoff Hunt new logos in large B2C enterprises (2000+ employees) Manage 60–90 day cycles with deal sizes of $25K–50K Engage C-Suite decision makers and displace incumbents Work closely with Implementation, CS, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams What We’re Looking For Proven success in enterprise B2B sales with long, consultative cycles Experience closing high-value deals ($25K–50K) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Bonus: experience selling to global B2C enterprises, multi-region exposure, or working in a small sales team reporting directly to the CEO Why Join Us Transparent compensation structure Direct reporting to the CEO High ownership & freedom Opportunity to work with leading global brands Key Details Compensation: INR 8–10 LPA fixed + 40% variable + uncapped commissions Sales Cycle: 60–90 days Deal Size: $25K–50K Team Size: Under 5
