Job Description

Redacto, a next-generation privacy, compliance, and risk management platform, is expanding its presence in India's BFSI sector. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Hunter / Strategic New Business Leader to drive new logo acquisition, build a strong pipeline, and close high-impact deals with banks, NBFCs, insurers, and fintechs.

  • Own and execute the end-to-end sales process for new logo acquisition in the BFSI vertical
  • Identify new value pools and market segments within BFSI (e.g. regional banks, NBFCs, insurance, fintech arms) and develop go-to-market plays
  • Prospect, cold outreach, qualify, and nurture leads into a solid pipeline
  • Conduct discovery, stakeholder mapping, consultative selling, and handle complex multi-person sales cycles
  • Engage with C-level executives, Heads of Risk / Compliance / IT / Operations / Legal
  • Negotiate terms, manage procurement / RFP cycles, close deals
