Enterprise Sales Representative

As an Enterprise Sales Representative at Germin8 Solutions, your role will involve hunting new business and driving growth in enterprise accounts. You will manage the complete sales cycle, build trusted relationships with C-Suite executives, and close high-value deals. Your focus will be on international and domestic markets, with a significant share expected from international clients in North America & EMEA. Key Responsibilities: - Hunt new business and drive growth in enterprise accounts - Manage the complete sales cycle - Build trusted relationships with C-Suite executives - Close high-value deals - Focus on international and domestic markets, with a major share from international clients in North America & EMEA Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of proven success in enterprise B2B sales with long, consultative cycles - Strong ability to displace incumbents and position differentiated value - Experience handling high-value deals ($25K-50K) - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with leading global brands, enjoy a transparent compensation structure with a fixed salary of INR 8-10 LPA and uncapped commissions. You will have high ownership and freedom in your role, with direct reporting to the CEO. If you have prior exposure to B2C enterprise clients, familiarity with multi-region/global selling, or experience working in a small sales team with direct CEO reporting, it would be considered a nice-to-have for this position.,
