Role Overview: Joyful is a leading AI-powered stakeholder management platform that aims to make interactions between companies and stakeholders joyful by removing friction. As an Enterprise Sales Representative at Joyful, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and market expansion. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to showcase Joyful's AI-powered solutions and enhance stakeholder interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement holistic sales strategies in line with Joyful's mission of making stakeholder interactions joyful and frictionless. - Create go-to-market plans for the Engage and Listen platforms targeting various industries and customer segments. - Identify key market opportunities using data-driven insights and achieve business development targets for new client acquisition and revenue growth. - Generate leads through outbound prospecting into large & medium enterprises and conduct strategic calls to secure business from new prospects and existing relationships. - Lead client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of AI-powered solutions and close new business opportunities. - Cultivate strong client relationships at the executive level, act as a trusted advisor, and identify opportunities for expanded engagement. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in AI, customer service, and stakeholder management to provide insights for product refinement. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, preferably in AI, SaaS, or customer experience platforms. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and selling complex technology solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients. - Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling business value. - Strong relationship-building skills and proficiency in sales methodologies, CRM tools, and sales performance metrics. - Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. - Passion for AI technology and its potential to transform business interactions.
