Role Overview

We're hiring high-energy SDRs to drive our outbound engine for the North American market. You'll connect with senior decision-makers in SMB and mid-market wholesale companies and fuel the top of the funnel.

Responsibilities

? Run a 100% outbound motion focused on new business

? Research, identify, and qualify high-potential accounts in wholesale/distribution

? Make 100+ cold calls daily and run targeted outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn

? Engage CEOs, Sales Leaders, and IT Directors with personalized messaging

? Partner with AEs to set up qualified demos and ensure smooth handoffs

? Maintain accurate data in HubSpot and test new outreach tactics

Requirements

? 13 years of B2B SaaS outbound experience (preferably North Americafocused)

? Strong cold calling and pipeline generation track record

? Excellent communication with senior stakeholders

? High ownership, resilience, and comfort working U.S. time zones

Compensation: 13 LPA (Fixed) + 4 LPA (Variable)
