Job Description


SDR (Sales Development Representative):

An SDRs job is to talk to people who might be interested in our product and figure out whether they qualify as a good lead. They dont sell the product — they open the door for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Find companies and people who match our target customer list.
  • Call, email, or message them to see if they have any interest.
  • Ask basic questions to understand if they are the right fit.
  • Set up meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Keep all information updated in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/etc.).
  • Follow up with leads who showed interest earlier.
  • Understand basic customer pain points and share with sales.
  • Hand over only genuine, good-quality leads.
  • Maintain daily activity: calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach.

What an SDR Should Be Good At:

  • Talking confidently and clearly.
  • Following a fixed process.
  • Understanding customer needs quickly.
  • Being persistent without irritating the customer.
  • Time management and basic research skills.
