Your Role:

Global Sales Head

This is not a standard BDM role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute global business development strategy
  • Pitch B2B marketing services (MQLs, ABM, Appointments) to decision-makers
  • Build long-term relationships with C-level executives and marketers
  • Collaborate with marketing to craft winning proposals and strategies
  • Close deals across sectors like SaaS, IT, FinTech, and more
  • Stay ahead of trends and continuously optimize approach
  • Report performance and scale sales efforts using global benchmarks

Requirements:

  • 3–8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Demand Generation
  • Proven ability to close international deals in the SaaS/IT space
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience working with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
