Technical Operations & Client Success Manager B2B Lead Gen

About Neodrafts

Neodrafts is a B2B lead generation agency helping global SaaS and IT companies generate qualified MQLs, BANT leads, and appointment-based opportunities. As we scale our delivery engine, were hiring a Technical Operations & Client Success Manager who can lead the end-to-end execution of campaigns, manage ops and tech workflows, and ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding to retention.

Role Overview:

This role demands someone who is equal parts strategist, executor, technologist, and team leader. Youll lead technical delivery operations, manage internal tools and automation, coordinate with clients, and ensure on-time, error-free lead delivery across all active campaigns.

You'll also serve as the technical face of the company to clients, helping them onboard, troubleshoot, and scale effectively with Neodrafts.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Execution:

Own the technical delivery roadmap, MarTech tooling, and ops automation

Drive process improvements to increase campaign velocity and reduce errors

Standardize campaign execution with well-defined SOPs and dashboards.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor the technical delivery team (campaign ops, QA, integrations)

Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and performance tracking within the team

Conduct regular process reviews and training sessions to maintain quality.

Client Success & Lifecycle Ownership:

Own the technical onboarding and delivery lifecycle for each client

Be the go-to escalation point for all campaign-related client issues

Coordinate with client teams on suppression handling, delivery formats, APIs, etc.

Track client SLAs and delivery health, ensuring client satisfaction and retention

Collaborate with the sales/client success teams to ensure value realization.

MarTech & Automation:

Manage and integrate tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Mailshake, etc.

Build no-code/low-code automations using Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Python scripts

Optimize lead validation, enrichment, email deliverability, and routing workflows.

Monitoring & Reporting:

Own campaign health dashboards and error-monitoring systems

Ensure all MQL/BANT lead deliveries are tracked, validated, and documented

Deliver insights to leadership around ops efficiency and client experience metrics

Must-Have Skills:

46 years of experience in technical operations, RevOps, or MarTech delivery roles

Strong grasp of B2B lead gen workflows and campaign delivery pipelines

Hands-on with CRM and MarTech platforms (HubSpot, Apollo, Mail tools, LinkedIn tools)

Experience in API/webhook integrations, data formatting (CSV, JSON), and campaign QA

Comfortable with no-code tools and scripting (Zapier, Make, basic Python)

Strong written and verbal communication with both internal and external stakeholders

Proven experience in client lifecycle management and SLA ownership

Good to Have:

Prior experience in a lead generation agency or performance marketing team

Familiarity with email warm-up, suppression management, and compliance practices (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)

Knowledge of SQL, Airtable, or internal CRM integrations

Exposure to multi-region campaign delivery and enterprise client workflows
