About the Role:

Social Media Lead Generation Executive

This role requires a strong understanding of affiliate networks, compliance with advertiser guidelines, and the ability to scale campaigns while maintaining ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute

    paid social media campaigns

    (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat) focused on lead generation for USA clients.
  • Manage and optimize

    Google Ads

    (Search, Display, YouTube) for high-intent conversions.
  • Implement

    Search Arbitrage strategies

    to drive compliant and profitable traffic.
  • Perform

    PPC campaign management

    including keyword bidding, audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing.
  • Optimize campaigns for

    ROI, CPL, and CPA goals

    .
  • Execute

    Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

    and

    Social Media Optimization (SMO)

    tactics to increase organic reach and lower acquisition costs.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Stay updated on the latest

    affiliate marketing trends, traffic policies, and platform compliance updates

    .
  • Collaborate with creative and technical teams to develop high-converting landing pages and ad creatives.
  • Ensure

    fraud prevention and traffic compliance

    across campaigns.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Hands-on expertise

    in Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Google Ads, and Display Networks.
  • Strong knowledge of

    affiliate marketing funnels

    and lead generation tactics for USA markets.
  • Proven experience in

    PPC, SEO, SMO, Search Arbitrage, and Display Advertising

    .
  • Excellent

    analytical skills

    with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly.
  • Knowledge of

    tracking tools

    (Voluum, RedTrack, Binom, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of

    compliance and fraud detection in affiliate marketing

    .
  • Creative mindset for designing & testing

    ad copies, creatives, and landing pages

    .
  • Ability to

    manage budgets effectively

    and maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in

    lead generation & paid media

    (Affiliate / Performance Marketing industry preferred).
  • Proven track record of

    running successful campaigns for USA-based clients

    .
  • Certifications in

    Google Ads / Meta Ads / SEO

    will be an advantage.
