Fashion Designer & Production Head hyderabad 2 - 5 years INR 3.75 - 5.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Kritikala brand is seeking a Fashion Designer & Production Head who can blend creative design sensibilities with hands-on production management. The ideal candidate will ensure that each collection aligns with our brands values of sustainability, craftsmanship, and ethical production. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and design seasonal collections inspired by handmade textiles and local craft traditions. Approximately two collections a year. Develop detailed tech packs, sketches, and specifications for sampling and production. Source sustainable fabrics, trims, and accessories in alignment with the brands aesthetic and values. Plan and monitor production timelines, from sampling to final delivery. Work closely with artisans, tailors, and embroidery units to ensure quality and timely execution across the different tailoring and hand embroidery units Support documentation and reporting for production schedules, cost sheets, and vendor coordination. Develop product costing sheets for customer orders. Work with external customers for execution of job work orders for stitching and embroidery Support in producing content for Kritikala social media through short product videos, behind the scenes photos. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or Apparel Production. 2–4 years of relevant experience in design and/or production coordination. Strong understanding of garment construction, embroidery techniques, and artisan processes. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. Excellent communication and coordination skills for liaising with vendors and artisans. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple timelines.
